Volunteering with the CU Cancer Center is a great way to learn more about non-profits while helping a great cause! Volunteers must provide contact information and references. Our regular office hours are 9:00AM – 5:00PM, but in some cases, work could be done at home or via email.

Event Committees: Each of our signature events is planned by a volunteer committee. Volunteer to be a committee member!
Day-of Event Volunteers: Our signature events come together thanks to dedicated volunteers who help us set up, execute and tear down the events. Join us the day of for all the excitement!

House Parties: Hold an awareness and/or fundraising event for the University of Colorado Cancer Center, inviting your network of friends, family and co-workers to learn more about cancer research and treatment at Colorado’s leading cancer institution.
Join our Speaker’s Bureau: Get trained to speak on behalf our our fundraising efforts for the Cancer Center and represent us at various community events.
General Office Help: Assist with mailings, filing, copying/collating of materials, etc.
Have a story of how cancer has impacted your life? Share it with us and we may use it as a Colorado Cancer Blogs post or a story in an e-newsletter. We may also ask you to be featured in a mailing campaign, if you are interested.

If you are interested in healthcare setting volunteering, please connect with our partners at University of Colorado Hospital. They coordinate these efforts for the clinical side of the CU Cancer Center.
